Your new role:
We are looking for
two Procurement Category Managers
(Direct and Indirect Services) to lead end-to-end category management and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes across a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.
You will be a trusted partner to the business, providing category leadership, shaping sourcing strategies, and building strong supplier relationships that support long-term performance.
Specifics:
* Lead category strategy across strategic sourcing, SRM and contract management
* Analyse spend, markets and value drivers to identify savings, risk and performance opportunities
* Build business cases and sourcing strategies, factoring ESG and risk obligations
* Lead complex supplier negotiations to maximise value and reduce supply risk
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, governance and stakeholder ways of working
* Coach and support stakeholders on tactical and transactional procurement activities
About you:
* Proven category management experience in a complex, asset-intensive environment
* Strong commercial capability across negotiation, contracts and supplier performance
* Confidence working with data and translating insights into practical outcomes
* Stakeholder influence and a collaborative, outcomes-focused style
* Comfortable balancing pace, governance and competing priorities
