About West Coast Civil

West Coast Civil (WCC) is a proudly WA‑owned civil construction contractor delivering high‑quality infrastructure projects across Perth and the southern metropolitan corridor. WCC has built a strong reputation for working safely and successfully in complex, high‑risk and highly regulated environments including airports, ports, fuel terminals and major industrial facilities.

The business specialises in civil construction and project management, with core expertise in:

* Bulk and detailed earthworks

* Pavement and hardstand construction

* Industrial and operational site infrastructure

WCC is well known for its hands‑on management, high levels of supervision and diligent safety culture, consistently delivering projects with sustainable, long‑term outcomes for clients.

Kwinana & Southern Metropolitan Projects

This is a major area of growth for WCC, where the company is delivering critical civil infrastructure to support local resources, energy and manufacturing sectors.

Recent and ongoing projects in this region include large‑scale industrial upgrades, pavement construction, drainage networks, fire services, concrete structures and complex earthworks within live operating facilities.

These projects require:

* Strong planning and stakeholder coordination

* Precise execution under tight safety and environmental controls

* Engineers who are confident working between the office and site

For a Project Engineer, this means exposure to real responsibility, meaningful project scope and direct client interaction — not sitting behind a desk pushing paperwork.

Why Join WCC?

West Coast Civil is a small but rapidly expanding business, giving project engineers the opportunity to:

* Work directly with senior leadership and decision‑makers

* Be involved in projects from planning through to completion

* Develop broad technical and commercial skills quickly

* Be part of a practical, no‑nonsense team that takes pride in delivery

With integrated support from SRM Maintenance and West Coast Engineering & Welding, WCC offers unique exposure to multiple disciplines within the civil and infrastructure space.
