We are looking to build a passionate and dedicated team. We’re seeking experienced Field Service Technicians ready to take on a hands-on role in our expanding branch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Field Service Technician, you will deliver high-quality service and repairs to our customers in the Rockhampton area. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing work orders, building strong customer relationships, and servicing and repairing Volvo CE equipment.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electronic, engine, hydraulic, and transmission systems.
* Completing all work accurately and with a 'right-first-time' approach.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A proactive attitude towards safety—your well-being is our priority.
* A trade qualification (experience with Volvo Construction Equipment is a bonus).
* Proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools and parts catalogues.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.
* A current driver’s license and flexibility to travel to customer sites.
