Job Opportunity: Assistant Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, offering 27 hours per week, where you will assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for primary-age children.
The role involves working split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours, including Rise then Shine (6:30am-9:00am) and Stay and Play (2:00pm-6:00pm). Extra hours are also available during school holidays.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to co-manage a dynamic team of Educators, where you will experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth. With the backing of a dedicated state-specific office and regular mentorship from regional managers, you will be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader.
* Program Development: Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
* Relationship Building: Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
* Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration.
