Operations Specialist Role
The Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing ITIL service management processes.
Necessary skills and qualifications include:
* Developing and promoting enterprise-wide ITIL service management frameworks.
* Analysing ICT system issues and proposing appropriate solutions or improvements.
* Working with skilled teams to deliver high-quality network services, authentication and federation solutions.
The successful candidate will have:
* Enterprise DHCP Infrastructure knowledge.
* Experience with Enterprise PKI Infrastructure.
* Proficiency in F5 Big-IP Infrastructure configuration.
* Understanding of Azure Active Directory and AAD Connect.
* Strong end-to-end project delivery experience.
