A leading ANZ industrial services business, backed by a global parent and operating at meaningful scale, is entering a pivotal next phase of growth. An opportunity now exists for a General Manager ANZ to lead the region through operational maturity, capability uplift and sustained value creation.
The ANZ business operates nationally, with a large, technically skilled workforce supporting critical infrastructure and service delivery for major global customers. The Role
This is a broad, end-to-end leadership role with accountability across Operations, Commercial, Fleet, Finance, HR and Service. The General Manager will lead a multi-site, asset-intensive operation, ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality service delivery while continuing to strengthen operational discipline and consistency.
Operating within a regional and global matrix, the role requires strong collaboration and influence beyond direct reporting lines. A key focus will be building leadership capability, aligning teams around clear priorities, and translating strategy into practical, repeatable execution across the ANZ footprint.
Commercially, the role is deeply relationship-led. The business partners with a small number of large strategic customers and the General Manager will act as the senior executive interface building trust, deepening partnerships and ensuring the organisation consistently delivers on its commitments. Success will be defined by long-term value creation, continuous improvement and balanced decision-making, rather than short-term transactional wins.
The Executive Profile
This opportunity will suit an executive with a strong track record in operational leadership within complex, service-driven or asset-based environments. Experience across industrial services, construction, aviation services, transport and logistics, manufacturing or broader supply chain operations will be highly regarded.
