We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle EPM consultant to join our Sydney or Melbourne team as a Senior Consultant. You will use your extensive experience in Oracle EPM to lead the requirements gathering, design and delivery to ensure successful EPM solutions to our top tier customers.
You will have experience in Accounting, Financial Control, Transformation or Consulting which you have applied to technological implementations. You will have proven experience implementing Oracle EPM across multiple projects and a desire to achieve success for customers.
Job Functions
Lead the gathering and documenting functional requirements through workshops and interviews
Formulate solution designs based on the functional requirements
Lead the build and configuration of EPM solutions based on agreed requirements and solution design
Performs quality assurance of solutions being built by consultants
Manage and lead a group of customers with a view to growing and improving their EPM solutions
Mentor other team members
Promote and adhere to best practices
Qualifications
8 or more years of experience in functional analysis and technical design within a consulting environment
5 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM (Planning, Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, Profitability & Cost Management, Enterprise Data Management) or its on-premise equivalents (Hyperion Planning, HFM, ARM, HPCM, DRM)
Strong experience with leading implementations of Oracle EPM
Passionate about helping customers on their digital finance transformation journey
One or more certifications in Oracle EPM products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience with financial modelling and / or consolidation processes
