Project Lead Role
The primary role of a Project Lead involves overseeing marketing strategies to ensure timely and efficient execution. They act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including account managers and creative teams, to guarantee seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Translate strategic plans into actionable project timelines through close collaboration with account managers
* Effectively manage deadlines and internal workflows to deliver creative assets on time
* Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks or timeline risks and taking corrective action
* Track deliverables using project management tools for clear visibility into workload and capacity
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign management is required. Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace is preferred.
