* Repair and upgrade PCs, laptops, and Apple Macs
* Troubleshoot and repair advanced hardware, including IT and print installations
* Expertise in Windows 7, 8, 10, and Office 365 troubleshooting
* Experience working in IT support or computer repair services
* iMac repair skills, including hard drive replacements and OSX installations
* Basic administration, including ticket updates and customer communication
Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential for success in this role.
