Hotel Operations Manager Position

This exciting opportunity is to lead a large-scale hotel and entertainment complex. As an experienced Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations across various departments.


Responsibilities

* Manage daily functions of bars, restaurants, gaming areas, and accommodation facilities.
* Motivate and direct staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Optimize revenue by streamlining processes and implementing cost-saving measures.
* Provide detailed financial oversight of budgets and reports.
* Develop and enforce health and safety policies.
* Lead local marketing initiatives and in-venue promotions.


Requirements

* A minimum 3 years experience as an Operations Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar establishment.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles.
* Confident leadership skills with a passion for innovation.
* Passion for delivering excellent service and a commitment to ongoing growth and development.
* Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
