Job Description
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of indirect customers and partners. You’ll act as the key point of contact, driving revenue through proactive engagement, relationship management, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
This is an inside sales role, perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively across teams, and achieving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of indirect accounts and channel partners
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue
* Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries with a proactive approach
* Collaborate with operations and external sales teams to deliver seamless service.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales performance.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
* Proven experience in account management, inside sales, or a similar role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in logistics, transport. Or supply chain (highly regarded but not essential)
* Confident using CRM systems and sale tools.
