**The Client**
- Our client is a dynamic and market-leading Corporate Real Estate and Commercial Property Group, known for their commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team and play a pivotal role in supporting Senior Executives.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
- Drafting, proofreading, and administering various documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting in the seamless organization of meetings and events.
- Tracking tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Partnering with the Learning & Development team for training coordination.
- Assisting in employee management and goal setting.
- Arranging payments, deposits, and trust account management.
- Maintaining a sound knowledge of office procedures and working autonomously as required.
- Assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns, including drafting submissions and informational materials.
- Managing CRM program and reporting on work in hand.
- Coordinating auctions, with occasional travel to locations.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in high-level executive support **within the property industry**:

- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing demands.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with InDesign (advantageous, but not essential).
- Knowledge of finance and trust (advantageous).
