Our client is a dynamic and expanding business committed to innovation, integrity, and excellence. We're currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Compounder to join our production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role where you can truly make an impact.
About the Role :
As a Compounder, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that each batch is prepared and processed in line with GMP standards and production guidelines. You'll be a key player in maintaining a safe, efficient, and respectful work environment while helping deliver top-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process batches according to GMP standards and production instructions.
* Select, clean, and sanitise appropriate equipment for each job.
* Ensure materials are available, verified, and in optimal condition.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
* Identify and report formulation or material discrepancies.
* Accurately complete production documentation.
* Collaborate with team leaders to support effective workflow and scheduling.
* Perform regular checks on materials, equipment, and expiry dates.
* Follow cleaning and sanitising procedures meticulously.
* Proactively assist in preparing for upcoming production tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
* Current Forklift Licence – Preferred not required
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Compounder
* Experience working within GMP or ISO quality systems
* Previous experience in a similar industry highly regarded
