Job Description
As a Senior Print Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating print retail catalogues that showcase our giftware and jewellery ranges.
Develop effective mail pack designs to promote our catalogues and create digital artwork that meets guidelines.
Enhance product descriptions with your strong writing skills, adding crucial sales hype.
Oversee the entire print workflow, from preparing flawless digital artwork to direct communication with printers and suppliers.
Ensure absolute accuracy and attention to detail when proofing and signing off on final artwork.
Manage and adhere to tight deadlines and print schedules, ensuring timely catalogue lodgement.
* Designing and developing print catalogues and mail packs
* Creating digital artwork that meets Australia Post guidelines
* Writing product descriptions with a focus on sales hype
* Managing the print workflow, including communication with printers and suppliers
* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all artwork
* Meeting tight deadlines and managing print schedules
* Using InDesign and Photoshop to design and edit artwork
* Utilizing direct marketing sales techniques to maximise catalogue effectiveness
This is a contract role with a regular schedule of work, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact and showcase your design prowess.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Print Designer
* Expert proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop
* Comfort behind a camera for product shoots
* A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment
