About this role: The Support Engagement Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
* Organize recreational and recovery-related activities for clients.
* Transport clients participating in the program.
* Maintain regular communication with colleagues.
* Develop professional relationships with residents.
* Respond to incidents impacting resident safety and security.
Qualifications:
* Lived experience of mental health and/or homelessness.
* An understanding of recovery from a lived experience perspective.
* Experience supporting people struggling with mental health and/or homelessness, including volunteer work.
* Co-facilitation skills or willingness to learn.
