Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced banking professional to fill a Leadership position within our Lending Services Administration team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and retail/commercial banking experience to guide a dedicated team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery across a wide range of lending administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Lending Services teams to meet service level agreements and business goals
* Allocate and monitor daily workloads including post-settlement mortgage tasks, loan switches, redraws, and discharges
* Provide internal support across our retail branch network and liaise with third parties including legal representatives
* Ensure secure management of documents and compliance with all policies and procedures
* Maintain key reports, procedures, and contribute to process improvements
* Mentor and supervise staff, helping to foster skill development and meet performance objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in banking administration and loan processing
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
* Proficient with MS Office and general digital systems
* Experience with PEXA settlements
* Passionate about continuous improvement and team development
