The position leads the preparation of the annual financial report (including external audit), monthly financial statements and associated Board reports and the State budget process and ensures RIA financial processes, policies and procedures comply with statutory requirements. The position provides high level advice as required in relation to financial systems, financial risk management, and the analysis of complex financial issues.
