**Business Support Officer (Fleet)**
Our client is on the hunt for an experienced business support officer to manage their fleet services. This is 6 month position but has potential to be extended.
This position will provide fleet administration to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor fleet by employees and authorised delegates.

**What We Need**:
- Previous Fleet administration management experience (desirable).
- Proven experience in using complex database computer systems
- Experience in transport or fleet coordination (desirable)
- A relevant qualification such as a Certificate of Logistics (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise competing time sensitive tasks.
- Effectively communicates verbally and in writing.
- Well established interpersonal skills and the ability to build quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, quality and change management.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Current Police Check
**Main Focus**:
- Database management - managing online portals with vehicle/driver information, GPS information, fuel cards etc.
- Day to Day operations - fleet, speaking with end users, issues raised re: pool cars.
- Spreadsheet work orders
- raising, updating, closing work orders.
- Spreadsheet New orders
- tracking steps for new vehicles, Comms to end users, ordering items.
- Invoicing to stakeholders, Mechanics invoicing, cross checking information is correct.
- Assisting with transition programme - moving to a leased model instead of buy to own.
- New vehicle installs
- GPS install, car changeover coordination with end user, and mechanics
- Contribute to successful Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for operational fleet performance on a monthly basis
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with industry best practice and standards.
- Assist to develop, implement and maintain fleet policies & procedures.
- Track vehicle orders and communicate to stakeholders
- Assist end users with new registration, allocation of new plant and equipment into system that require tracking/registration.
- Ensure new plant, new vehicles details are accurately captured and maintained into the system)
- Report turnaround time to finance, and ensure purchases/sales tracking sheet is kept current
- Coordinate Pool Car maintenance

Ongoing Casual assignment
6 months + (potential to extend)
8 hours per day (flexible with start/finish)
