We’re working with a growing health organisation to find a
Service Delivery Manager
who can lead a high‑performing infrastructure and support team, while also delivering key ICT projects across a complex, multi‑site environment.
This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who has progressed from ICT support or systems engineering into service delivery and operations.
You’ll play a critical role in integrating newly acquired sites into the existing IT environment, while also leading the delivery of infrastructure upgrades and modernisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ICT service delivery and infrastructure operations across multiple sites
Manage and mentor a team of support and infrastructure professionals
Deliver ICT projects including:
PC refresh programs
Networking and infrastructure enhancements
SaaS solution implementation
Support brownfield projects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in ICT service delivery and infrastructure leadership
A background in technical support or systems engineering - you’ve done the hands‑on work
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices – ITIL Foundation Cert highly regarded
Experience delivering ICT projects in operational environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills
