This local firm is best known for its commercial litigation, industrial relations, wills & estates and conveyancing.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, knowledge of the law and a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed goals.
About the Role
In this role, you will have carriage of a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, criminal law, property law, employment law, estate planning and litigation as well as other various niche areas.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Current practising certificate;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* A strong desire to work directly with clients, solve problems and meet expectations
* The ability to work independently on files under limited supervision;
* The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
* LEAP and PEXA experience (would be well regarded);
* Ability to maintain and develop lasting client relationships
* Meet billing targets
To be successful in this role, you will have approximately 1 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable firm. As a highly talented lawyer, you will have well-developed legal and analytical skills as well as the ability to easily build relationships with new and existing clients. You will have demonstrated the ability to work closely with team members or autonomously as required.
