With a strong presence across Australia, they are now seeking a proactive Property Administrator / Coordinator to join the management team at one of their premium shopping centres in Canberra. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you will be an integral part of the Centre Management team, supporting day-to-day operations and administration of the centre. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for property, finance, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Processing workflows and managing internal systems Maintaining and updating databases Performing account reconciliations Assisting with monthly rent roll processes and tenant invoicing Daily support to the Customer Service Desk (open/close procedures) Banking and reconciliation Supporting rent collection and arrears processes Keeping insurance registers up to date Providing general administrative and accounts support About You: Account Reconciliation and Excel skills essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in admin, finance, or property support roles Retail property, real estate or shopping centre experience is a plus but not essential Highly organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team To Apply: Please call Tracey Hickel on 0415 637 339 for more information or email your CV to thickel@goughrecruitment.com.au.
