Base pay range
A$135,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

* $140-150k + super + 20% bonus

The Opportunity
My client is a scale-up property group. They are well-backed and have continued a strong growth trajectory, demonstrating exceptional resilience despite challenges in the wider sector.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of financial control, budgeting & forecasting, and analytical support of a number of group and managed entities, supported by a small transactional finance team.
You will also get the chance to be involved in banking, M&A, capital transactions, and other investment and valuation-related matters.
About you
The successful candidate will be a qualified CA/CPA with strong accounting principles, ideally with existing exposure to an interest in the property sector. A background in chartered would also be advantageous, and first-time movers out of mid-tier or Big 4 at AM or Manager level are welcome to apply.
