We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join our team in Brisbane. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining an accurate rolling monthly demand forecast through analysis of historical sales data and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align demand plans with overall business strategies.
* Review and refine the statistical baseline and promotional forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.
* Own and improve the demand planning reports, including analyzing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, and preparing forecast data.
* Continuously improve the sales forecasting process and contribute to achieving the Integrated Business Plan.
* Support NPD planning processes and related analytics.
* Develop tools to track trends, market dynamics, and long-term directions.
* Own the demand planning portion of the S&OP cycle.
The Person:
* Strong stakeholder management skills, results-oriented, focusing on key objectives and effective outcomes.
* Minimum 3 years of demand planning experience.
* Experience with demand planning cycles and maintaining key planning metrics.
* Experience using recognized demand planning and ERP systems.
