Executive Support Professional

Reporting to the Director, Office of the Chief Executive, you will provide valued support to a highly respected Chief Executive (CE), enabling the CE to advance and achieve organisational goals that deliver significant impact for South Australia's future.
As an experienced and highly capable executive support professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment providing high-level administrative assistance to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives. Your exceptional organisational and time management skills, outstanding written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships and set respectful boundaries with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility, resourcefulness, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Highly proficient skills in MS Outlook for calendar and email management are required, with a good grasp of other MS Office programs. Previous government experience is not essential, but a passion for delivering lasting community impact is.
This pivotal role demands professionalism, calmness, reliability, consistency, and resilience. You will be responsible for managing the CE's diary, priorities, and commitments, coordinating meetings, agendas, and briefing papers, drafting and responding to correspondence, preparing high-quality communications, organising travel, events, and logistics, and providing secretariat support to facilitate Executive Committee meetings and communications.
