With the continued growth of our brand and operations, we are seeking an experienced, motivated Marketing Specialist to elevate our market presence and drive sustainable business growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role suited to a marketing professional who is both strategic and execution-focused. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and analysing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, with a strong focus on lead generation, channel expansion, and measurable conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer enquiries
· Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance and conversion data to continually improve ROI
· Work closely with the sales team to support enquiry conversion and revenue growth
· Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, website content, and online advertising
· Build and maintain effective referral, partnership, and promotional channels
· Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
· Create engaging and relevant content for campaigns, promotions, and customer communications
· Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
· Collaborate with management to align marketing plans with business priorities
About You
You are commercially minded, data-driven, and confident in turning marketing activity into tangible business outcomes.
Ideally, you will have:
· Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or a related field
· Proven experience in brand growth and market/channel development
· Strong results focus with a track record of converting leads into measurable outcomes
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
· Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded
Salary & Benefits
· $75,000 – $85,000 + Super (depending on experience)
