We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to work within our Global Marketing Team. You will collaborate with our Head of Demand Generation and sales team in the APAC region to execute successful campaigns and lead business development strategies. You should be a driven, high-energy individual who can identify, create and qualify sales opportunities through a mix of outbound, strategic and targeted account prospecting.

You will need to develop a solid understanding of our products and be able to articulate our value proposition to customers to develop a pipeline of qualified leads and appointments for our APAC sales team

.You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the lead and opportunity records in Salesforce to ensure that all qualified information is available and up to date.

Who are you?

* Experienced in a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar sales role
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding qualified meeting targets
* Skilled in tele-prospecting, lead qualification, and building long-term prospect relationships
* Extensive experience in outbound sales development targeting executive-level contacts at large enterprises
* Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or CCM is a strong advantage
* Comfortable working across complex sales cycles and high-value opportunities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive, highly energetic, self-starter with a strong can-do attitude
* Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Proficient in Salesforce (CRM power user / “blackbelt” level)
* Hands-on experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling
* Familiar with tools such as Salesloft, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Works well within cross-functional teams, especially alongside Marketing and Sales
* Ambitious professional eager to join a fast-growing tech company with best-in-class products, global collaboration, and generous commissions

The responsibilities of the role include:

* Timely follow-up and accurate qualification of inbound inquiries and markting campaign leads
* Create strategic campaigns with Salesloft cadences, collaborating with sales representatives on key target accounts
* Strategic outbound calling, email and prospecting cadences into new and existing accounts
* Maintaining and leveraging the database of prospects to effectively identify new targets for sales and marketing
* Ability to gather key information and insight into target organisations
* Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads to start the sales process
* Building relationships with decision makers in target accounts
* Strong focus on customer experience ensuring a smooth transition to the field sales team
* Capturing of accurate and complete information in SFDC
* Buildingrelationships with Sales team

What we’re looking for

Must have skills/experience:

* Excellent tele-prospecting and qualification skills
* Experience in outbound sales lead development targeting executives within large enterprises. Financial Services, Insurance, Government and Healthcare experience is a plus
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Highly energetic and self-starter
* Able to work in fast-paced environment
* Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
* Highly proficient with Salesforce/alternate CRM
* Highly proficient with online database tools (Salesloft, Cognism and LinkedIn Navi

gator)

* Analytical Ability – effectiveness in analysing situations and identifying key issues.
* Planning and execution – monitoring progress, taking action when necessary to rectify situations / meet deadlines.
* Proactive – taking responsibility for making things happen.
* Social Magnetism – taking actions, which show awareness of one’s own impact on others.
* Teamwork – collaborating with and promoting collaboration between different parts of the business.
* Technical expertise – keeping up to date technically within one’s own functional area.

* Communication & influence – using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communication to influence others positively to obtain agreement between different interests.
