Job Description
The Graduate Architect will assist the University Infrastructure (UI) Design, Engineering, Planning and Sustainability (DEPS) team in providing architectural and interior design services across several campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with interior refurbishment projects and architectural projects
* Perform site inspections for project works
* Implement University Infrastructure Design Standards
* Support space planning & space management
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualification in architecture, minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, knowledge of Architecture and Interior Design documentation using AutoCAD and REVIT, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and experience in feasibility studies, master planning, high level briefings, and architectural documentation.
Responsibilities include assisting with interior refurbishment projects and architectural projects, performing site inspections for project works, implementing University Infrastructure Design Standards, and supporting space planning & space management.
A strong understanding of architectural principles, design software, and project management techniques is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
