Veterinarian Graduate Development Program
This structured graduate program offers new graduates the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while building a rewarding and supported career in veterinary medicine.
* Year 1: Develop your skills and confidence through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in a supportive General Practice setting.
* Year 2: Transition into Emergency Medicine with a tailored program that includes:
* 64 hours of clinical practice + 12 hours of paid study per fortnight
* Completion of advanced modules via our internal Continuing Education offerings
* Mentorship from an experienced Emergency Veterinarian on a regular basis
* Access to education and training opportunities including workshops, wet labs, and clinical symposiums
You'll be part of a national graduate cohort, creating a strong network of peers to share your journey, challenges, and successes.
As a new graduate vet, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience in consulting, surgical, and medical case management at a pace that suits you.
