As an Employment Assistant, you will provide one-on-one support to clients within their workplace, aiming to build their independence.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients to understand their employment-related duties and improve efficiencies.
* Communicating effectively to advocate for your clients in their workplace.
* Building positive relationships with clients' employers, team members, and stakeholders.
* Using initiative and problem-solving skills to assist clients to maintain their employment.
You will also be responsible for administration tasks, such as recording case notes accurately and collaborating with client case managers.
This is a casual position with variable hours, offering a great work-life balance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Australian Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
* To meet the current COVID-19 Vaccine requirement (or have a valid medical exemption).
* Relevant NDIS/DHS checks and clearances (or be willing to obtain them).
