Our client is a well-known Australian company that was founded in 1946. They specialise in garage doors and are a market leader in their industry. Due to internal staff progression they are looking for 2 confident, fun loving and agile customer support agents who thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
**Salesforce** and
**SAP software** knowledge, as well as, rely on your comprehensive data entry capability.
We are looking for someone who has a
**customer service background** and be able to work for 3 - 6 months
- Must have SAP experience
- Customer service experience - ideally phone based
- Solutions focused and ability to think on your feet
- Strong data entry and order processing experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce is a bonus
