**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the collection, management, and evaluation of clinical indicators and the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents and adverse events. You will provide strategic & operational leadership to ensure compliance with governance processes.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Experience/expertise in quality & patient safety roles;
- Experience in clinical incident investigations and management, including SAERs;
- Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks & NSQHSS;
- A high degree of accuracy & attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills.

Hospital, located in Bowral, is an acute medical/surgical facility providing an extensive range of onsite medical, surgical, rehabilitation, oncology and palliative care services for the community of the Southern Highlands and beyond to the regional and rural areas. It has 4 Operating Theatres, a Procedure Room, a Day Surgery Unit, a High Dependency Unit and a Day Oncology Unit.
