Looking for an enthusiastic and energetic sales admin assistant to join our growing commercial real estate team.
The successful applicant will become part of a tight knit team of property professionals that specialise in sales, leasing and property management.
The applicant should have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, they should also display the following attributes:
- Excellent time management skills
- A professional phone manner
- The willingness to go the extra mile
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work autonomously and ensure your tasks are completed on time
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Database management and updating
- Updating clients correct contact information
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, general document management
- Using property specific software to assist agents
- Real estate registration required ( can be provided)
**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newstead, QLD 4006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
