Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time/Casual experienced conveyancer to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with property law and conveyancing matters.
* Prepare and review legal documents.
* Provide case and client support.
* Manage client files and communications.
* Perform other legal and administrative tasks within the property area.
Qualifications:
* Experience with e-conveyance platform PEXA is preferred
* Knowledge of property law and conveyancing is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Formal qualification or substantial experience will be reflected in the salary to be paid.
