**About the Role:**
As a Director, you will lead our People & Culture team to deliver end-to-end human resources expertise.
We are seeking an experienced and highly influential leader to join our Advisory People & Culture business partners.
This is a key opportunity for a strategic advisor to drive meaningful change and transformation programmes aligned to our business strategy.
The successful candidate will have significant experience designing people strategies across complex organisations and will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of the strategic people plan for Advisory.
* Be a strategic advisor to our Leadership Team and oversee the execution of all aspects of the people lifecycle and the People Partner Strategy, partnering with our People Partner.
* Develop strong alliances with our Partnership, People & Culture Leaders to cohesively lead our people strategies.
* Lead our Business Partner team to help deliver against our People Strategy, and to support their growth and development.
* Drive the use of digital and social capabilities to influence the way that people work.
* Represent our brand and its people and culture practices in the market.
* Coach and mentor leaders and high potential talent.
