Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across key categories
- Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement
- Support ESG, compliance, and value creation goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in mid to senior procurement roles
- Industry certification or membership highly regarded
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering cost savings and value
- Advanced knowledge of procurement practices, contract negotiation, and vendor value management
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across business units and senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret spend data, performance metrics, and risk indicators
- Understanding of customer experience principles and a commitment to customer-centric procurement outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business priorities
