Commercial Property Administrator Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Property Administrator. As part of our property management division, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of property documentation, data, and invoicing.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end leasing administration across commercial properties and selected residential assets;
* Prepare and coordinate lease documentation, variations, extensions, and agreements in conjunction with senior leadership;
* Maintain accurate lease and property data within relevant systems;
* Administer tenant outgoings, monitor arrears, and generate monthly invoices (including CPI adjustments);
* Liaise with tenants, solicitors, valuers, and internal stakeholders on leasing matters;
