We're on the hunt for a Casual Cook to join our small, friendly team.
What you'll be doing:
* Cooking pizzas, tapas, and preparing cheese & charcuterie platters
* Running our popular Saturday Ayala Steak Frites Night – including butchering, cooking steaks, preparing our signature entrecôte sauce, and plating desserts
* Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
* Assisting with stocktake and maintaining kitchen organisation
* Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience
What we're looking for:
* Previous cooking or kitchen experience (pizza and steak-cooking skills highly regarded)
* Confidence with butchery, sauces, and dessert prep, or a willingness to learn
* A passion for food and hospitality, with strong attention to detail
* Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a small kitchen
* Availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
