Abbey Road Cafe in St Kilda is looking for a friendly, reliable Barista / Server to join our team. We're a busy, community-focused café that values great coffee, quality food, and genuine customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
* Serve food and drinks in line with café standards
* Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations and dining areas
* Assist with opening and closing duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous barista and/or hospitality experience preferred
* Confident coffee-making skills (or willingness to learn)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Availability for weekdays and/or weekends
