Bookkeeper/Office All-Rounder (PT, 2-3 days)
We are a busy Ag & Earthmoving parts outlet located in Slacks Creek, Queensland. We seek a bookkeeper/office all-rounder to assist with accounts and administration within a small friendly team.
This is a flexible part-time position suited to parents/school drop-offs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Basic Bookkeeping and Banking (cash & cheques)
* Reconciling daily Eftpos and cash payments
* Chase overdue accounts via phone and email
* Answering the office phone and assisting customers
* Data entry
* Creating purchase orders and receipting stock to warehouse
* Office administration to support the Sales team
* ADHOC duties as required
Requirements:
* Experience in bookkeeping and office admin (trades industry experience highly regarded)
* Experience using XERO or MYOB
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to work autonomously
