* Develop and enhance the school's curriculum, supporting preservice teacher placements.
* Lead impactful research in curriculum and pedagogy, including supervision of Higher Degree students.
* Mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students and contribute to governance, outreach, and the school's strategic growth across campuses.
* Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present research at national and international conferences.
