The DevOps Senior Infrastructure Technical Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining deployment pipelines, supporting infrastructure, and defining service pattern designs for both on-premises and private/public cloud. This specific position within the Data Platform Service Practice Team supports several products and platforms. You will be responsible for the technology supporting client onboarding, maintenance, and review processes, working within an agile framework to help digitize the customer journey. This includes managing CI/CD and release pipelines, automating IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud, supporting system integration and API connections, maintaining updates, operating cloud platforms, and researching emerging technologies for the IT Strategic Plan. What do I need? Experience with cloud computing and networking environments, MS Azure (preferred) or AWS. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code / Configuration Management (Ansible, Terraform or similar). Proven experience running and maintaining DevOps toolchains such as Azure DevOps, Ansible, Jira, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Bitbucket. Experience with OpenShift container platform, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance. Experience with scripting languages – PowerShell, Ruby, Terraform, or ARM templates preferred. Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL databases, platforms, and services required. Working in large enterprise environments. Comfortable using configuration management tools and testing frameworks.
