Speech Language Pathologist Job Description
We are seeking skilled Speech Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clients and their families to develop personalized therapy plans.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess and treat individuals with communication disorders, including speech, language, fluency, mealtime, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address client needs
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology
* Eligibility to be a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
* Working with Children's Check
* Rights to work in Australia
* Neurodiversity affirming, person-centred approach to therapy
* A desire for constant improvement
* Laminating, craft, and ukulele skills are highly desirable
