Our client is a national health services provider delivering services across a national network. As the organisation enters the next stage of its journey, it is seeking to appoint a General Manager, Operations & Service Delivery to bring its national clinic network closer together and further strengthen a consistent, high-quality approach to service delivery.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will lead and inspire a large, geographically dispersed workforce across a national clinic network. You will actively contribute to designing and enjoy guiding the implementation of a unified operating model, fostering clear ways of working, consistent procedures, and streamlined processes that enables clinics to deliver high-quality patient care efficiently and sustainably.
In this role, you will be integral in supporting and empowering the team across the network. By championing digital tools, streamlined processes, and a culture of continuous improvement, you will create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and equipped to perform at their very best.
This role would suit a senior healthcare operations leader with deep experience leading dispersed, multi-site service delivery teams. An executive who enjoys being both strategic and tactical and thrives in a complex and dynamic setting.
