The Role
You’ll provide hands-on legal support and work closely with a specialist partner and a busy team of lawyers. Your role will be essential to the smooth day-to-day running of matters in public and product liability, workers compensation, and motor vehicle accidents.
Duties
* Maintain accurate case files, including insurance details, witness reports, and medical records
* Preparing legal documentation for courts and government organisations
* Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and third parties
* Organising lawyers’ calendars, appointments and court dates
* Conducting legal research tasks
Skills & Experience
* At least 12 months up-to-date experience as a legal assistant in a litigation or personal injury team in a law firm
* Collaborative problem solving skills
* Strong ability to initiate and finalise tasks autonomously
* Superior organisational and prioritisation abilities
