Due to this growth this national organisation is seeking the right individual to join their team and continue providing high-level service to business operations.Your New RoleThis role will work closely with the Operations Managers and site operations team in managing the manufacturing accounting.
Furthermore, you will be providing critical solutions to site issues by driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.The role is seeking someone who can provide great financial and business insights at a granular level using skills and tools at their disposal.The core tasks aligned to this position will include; but not limited to:•Developing and maintaining cost standards for materials and labor•Improve the sites performance by providing senior leaders and stakeholders with contemporary financial management advice and solutions to support decision making•Performing month-end cost accounting close•Assist team with New Product Development•Perform stock take and manage inventory data•Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization•Contribute to the annual budget process•Perform site visits as requiredAbout you•You will preferably be a CPA/CA/CIMA qualified professional•Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing environment•Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role•Has strong business partnering and relationship building skills with excellent written and verbal communication•Experience with an array of ERP system•Expert on MS Excel
