Detailed Scope work:
* Provide on-site support for the CATO device as per the network team instructions.
* Ensure the CATO device is powered on and physically connected to the network.
* Provide console access to the device for the remote network team.
* Connect a laptop to the device using a console cable if required.
* Share the console screen with the remote team for troubleshooting activities.
* Assist the remote team during device configuration or diagnostics.
* Verify network connectivity and device status as instructed by the network team.
* Coordinate with the remote engineers during troubleshooting sessions.
* Report any physical or connectivity issues observed at the site.
* Confirm the device status after troubleshooting and provide feedback to the network team.
Required Tools
* Laptop – For console access and screen sharing with the remote network team.
* Console Cable (RJ45 to USB / DB9) – To connect the laptop to the CATO device console port.
* Ethernet Patch Cables – For network connectivity checks if required.
* Internet Connection / Mobile Hotspot – To share the console screen with the remote team.
* USB to Serial Adapter – If the laptop does not have a serial port.
* Power Extension Board – For connecting laptop and device if needed.
* Basic Tool Kit – Screwdrivers, cutters, and pliers for cable adjustments.
* LAN Tester (optional) – To check Ethernet cable connectivity.
* Labeling Tape / Marker – For identifying cables if required.
