We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to fill a key role within our organisation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front-of-house operations and coordinate presentations
* Answer and direct telephone calls
* Assist with deliveries and welcome personnel to the workplace
* Order office supplies and uniforms
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Prepare purchase orders
* Support internal teams with administrative tasks
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering the benefit of a monthly day off.
