We need your professionalism, focus, and drive to help us conquer the next level in residentialProperty Development.

We've been in the game a while now (https://www.rsdprojects.com.au/) and have built a small, high performing team. As our business grows, we're looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Operations Assistant to lead and elevate our day-to-day operations. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our business goals, and you'll work closely with the company's founder/Director to make it all happen.

This is your chance to utilise your organisational skills, build strong internal rhythms and make a meaningful impact.

Here's the deal… We're a Monday to Friday team, with half the week work in office, and half flexible or WFH. We value balance and will work with you when life calls - as long as you're results-driven, proactive, and able to manage your time and responsibilities independently.
