HR Partners is delighted to partner exclusively with a respected global law firm that prioritizes its clients' needs. The firm seeks a Recruitment Specialist for their Sydney team in this full-time, 12-month contract role.
This esteemed position within the firm reports to the Human Resources Manager and serves as a key member of a supportive and innovative HR team. Responsibilities include leading all lateral recruitment efforts and overseeing Graduate, Summer Clerk, and Paralegal programs across the Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne offices, with operational support from the HR & Recruitment Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Leadership: Work with Practice Group Leaders, Office Partners-in-Charge, and support service managers to identify hiring needs and drive recruitment objectives.
* Lateral Recruitment Processes: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Program Oversight: Oversee Graduate, Summer Clerk, and Paralegal programs across multiple Australian offices.
* Recruitment Agency Partnerships: Partner with agencies to enhance the firm's profile and attract top talent.
* Employer Branding Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to position the firm as a leading employer in the industry.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, and adaptable, with a strong results-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to assess recruitment needs accurately and select the most qualified candidates. A background in professional services is highly desired.
