About the Role
* Support our Optometrists in clinic
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Build strong product knowledge, developing expertise in Optical technology
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and care
Skills and Experience
* Enthusiasm – Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye care
* Communication Skills – Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
* Teamwork – Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
* Practical Abilities – Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience will be highly desired; full optics training will be provided.
